Gabriele Moritz has produced a composite video using several years worth of filming at the Cayuse Ranch, birthplace of the Spanish Mustang Registry. The Registry was founded by Bob Brislawn in 1957 and this unique video has clips of Bob's sons, Emmett and Neil, working with the descendants of the horses that three generations of the Brislawn family have virtually saved from extinction. Scenes of bands of horses galloping over the northeastern Wyoming scenery are awe-inspiring. Watching this personal film of the "horse with a heritage" provides us with a glimpse into the past as captured by someone who loves this exceptional breed. The ancestors of these horses came over with the Conquistadors, were ridden by the Indians and appreciated by the cowboys - past and present. Background music is provided by Patricia Burge. As an added attraction, each DVD cover will be an original drawing by Gabriele personally addressed to the buyer. This one of a kind video is sure to be a collector's item.
